Yesterday we got to go to the local church here. The sermon was good considering we couldn't understand a word the pastor was saying. After the service we went back up the mountain to camp for a 4th of July celebration. We ate an amazing lunch, played some games, and chatted with the others that were there till the outdoor church service that some local missionary's were leading. The pastor/speaker was Scottish or British we couldn't tell, but it made the sermon very fun. Then we ate the delicious supper our host and some others had prepared for us. Afterwords we watched a documentary on the time a worker was in this area, and we all shouted and cheered when our hosts were mentioned and showed on the film. Then we went up to the bowl and watched the fireworks display they had set up for us. it was real cool being that close to the fireworks. Then we said goodbye and thank you to our hosts and went back down the mountain to our home.
and by the way HAPPY BIRTHDAY AARON BUSCH!!

Glad y'all had a great Sunday. We saw many of the pictures from this post during our PBC service yesterday. Isn't it great going to church to worship our God in a different culture and language?
Happy Birthday, Aaron!
